About these terms
These terms cover novoverse.app and every app and web tool on it, such as Palette. By using any of them you agree to these terms. If an app has its own terms, those apply to that app as well. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the apps.
Using the apps
The apps on this site are free to use, for personal and commercial work. We may change, pause, or stop any app or feature at any time, and we do not promise that any of them will always be available.
What you make is yours
Anything you create with our tools, such as a color palette, belongs to you. You can use it in any project, free of charge, without crediting us. You are responsible for checking results before you rely on them. For example, confirm contrast and accessibility in your own product.
What is ours
The novoverse name and logo, the app names, and the design, text, and code of this site belong to us. Please do not copy them, rebrand them, or present them as your own.
Fair use
Do not use the site or apps to break the law, to harm others, or to disrupt the service, for example by flooding it with automated requests, scraping it at volume, or trying to break its security. If you find a security issue, please report it to the address below instead of testing it on the live site.
Other services
Some links take you to services we do not run, such as the App Store, Google Play, and Buy Me a Coffee. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there. Tips through Buy Me a Coffee are voluntary, are handled entirely by Buy Me a Coffee, and do not buy any product, feature, or support from us.
No warranty
The site and apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do our best to keep them accurate and working, but we do not guarantee that they are error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit, or business, that comes from using or being unable to use the site or apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in question in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change this page and the date above. Using the site or apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them will be handled by the courts of India.
